Essay “How do I see the future of education in Russia?”

I think it is difficult to say what awaits Russia in the future ; it is unpredictable, given the peculiarities of its development. You can dream, but this is what I dream about! To ensure that in the future our country takes the path leading to the preservation of its Russian integrity, I would like to include culture, traditions, and way of life . Our country is the best in the world for us. I believe that Russia has only one - the only correct path of development for a happy future - this is the protection of natural resources, first of all. Since our country is rich in this regard, we need to continue to preserve its wealth and not destroy it.

Much is said now about the crisis of Russian science and education , the essence of which lies in the problem of forming and retaining elite personnel in science and education . Effective organization of the educational process in higher education is an important element in the formation of highly professional scientific personnel. High-quality higher education is impossible without students gaining an understanding of current issues in science today. Currently, all this can be observed only in a few Russian universities . Another problem is school teachers and the quality of teachers. After all, the teacher was and remains the most important element of the school education ; without him, it is impossible to implement any serious changes in the educational process. It is the teacher who monitors methodological and organizational problems in the school. I believe that only those societies that learn to value and develop intelligence and use it will be successful and prosperous. I would like to hope that all this will lead us to a good life, that “brain dulling” will not occur, which is what we are now heading towards, the Internet plays a huge role in this.

Education – this includes both upbringing and training, but now big problems arise in education. The education system must be sufficient for a person to be able to choose and have the right to choose.

Humane pedagogy allows us to see the future - if only we are worth immersing ourselves in it. I would like to see more humane relations the future The growth of the culture of society has increased, this plays an important role. Social problems are also relevant. Society is society, and we want to live in it, not exist. Unemployment and lack of employment are important problems, and I would like to avoid them in the future . Today, a good education is the first step to a good career, but at different times, this was talked about in different ways.

I believe that education should lead the entire society; without it, I do not see a future, neither in our nor in any other country. It is the main thing, since there will be education , there will be a career, and there will be a worthy career, there will be a happy life that does not need anything.

Essay “How I see education in the 21st century”

Essay “How I see education in the 21st century”

The need for an innovative nature of the development of education in the context of its modernization becomes obvious, since without innovation it is impossible to reach a new level in education.

So what should be the purpose of education in the modern world? The goal of education in the 21st century is for students to achieve a system of universal knowledge and skills, key competencies that allow them to realize themselves in the information society, and most importantly, the ability to apply knowledge and skills to solve specific situations and problems that arise in real life. Particular attention is paid to the individuality of the student and his personality as a whole.

Recently, in the field of education, great attention has been paid to innovation processes. Updating the content of education, its modernization is an urgent need of our time, a requirement of the time. Currently, there is a transition from predominantly informative forms to methods, forms and technologies of teaching using elements of problem-solving, scientific research, independent work, and student interaction. So what is the renewal of the content of education?

Let's start with different concepts in education.

Concepts of developmental and activity-based approaches to teaching.

The main requirement for the modernization of education is the transition from an informative learning model to a developmental one, which involves the formation in students not only of subject knowledge, but also the ability to independently acquire it.

The concept of humanization and humanitarization in education.

THEM. Oreshnikov (Dr., Philosophy of Science) believes that the humanitarization of education in a broad sense includes all humanization and is based on it, but the main thing here is the formation of a humanitarian culture of the individual, strengthening the humanitarian training of people, saturation of natural and special disciplines of cultural, human, ideological problematic.

The basis of humanization is new goals that make a priority the human personality with its interests and abilities, the formation of its creative potential, a humane worldview, which is a benefit both for society and for the person himself. The task of humanitarian education is to develop the ability to think and enrich the spiritual sphere of the individual.

The concept of a competency-based approach in education.

The main means of updating Russian education in the concept of its modernization is stated to be a competency-based approach. The basic categories of the competency-based approach are the concepts of “competence” and “competence ».

According to A.V. Khutorskoy, it is necessary to separate the concepts of “competence” and “competence”, meaning by competence a predetermined requirement (norm) for a person’s educational preparation, and by competence – his already established personal quality (set of qualities) and minimal experience in relation to activities in given area. Competence is manifested and can be assessed only in the course of practical activities; its level can constantly increase.

In other words, the school must prepare a student who is ready to independently solve problems in various activities based on his own experience. In my opinion, the competency-based approach reveals the innovation process in education. Only the student who is able to set goals and achieve them while overcoming problems can be successful.

Also, educational technologies have played a special role in changes in the content of education.

Information and communication technologies. Digital technologies have become in demand in the 21st century. Now it is difficult to imagine the learning process without the use of modern digital technologies, since we live in a high-tech world, therefore, student training requires modern methods. Modern computer programs allow the teacher, together with the children, to simulate different life situations and look for ways to solve them. Taking into account the individual abilities of the child, you can tailor the program to a specific child and monitor his personal growth.

Thus, the use of ICT, equipped with all the necessary components, in combination with properly selected pedagogical technologies, will become the basis of modern education, guaranteeing the necessary level of quality, variability, differentiation and individualization of training and education.

The use of ICT can significantly increase the efficiency of work in a general education institution, find additional forms of joint activities of students and parents, and also organize various events in a new way.

According to many scientists, innovative educational technologies should be focused on the formation of systematic creative thinking.1

In my opinion, information technologies open up new opportunities for improving the educational process, as they are able to intensify the cognitive activity of students; promote mastery of practical ways of working with information; develop skills for independent work with educational material using information technology.

Problem-based learning technology. The technology of problem-based learning involves independent search activities of students to solve problems under the guidance of a teacher, during which students develop new skills, develop creative abilities, cognitive activity, curiosity, erudition, and creative thinking. It is during the child’s independent work that brain activity is maximum. Since the main goal is to expand and deepen the knowledge and skills acquired in the lessons. Also, in the course of independent work, personal qualities develop, such as organization, discipline, initiative, and will. In this case, the teacher will act as a consultant, a curator; he does not impart knowledge in a ready-made form, but sets before the student a task (problem) that arouses the students’ interest and desire to solve it.

Technology of project-based learning.

The technology of project-based learning differs from problem-based learning in that the students’ activities have the nature of design, that is, it implies obtaining a specific result, as well as public presentation and defense.

Distance learning technology is one of the promising educational technologies. Distance learning assumes that educational material is studied independently over a certain period, thus, the student himself chooses the pace of study. Distance learning, in my opinion, has a lot of advantages, for example: there is an opportunity to study subjects for those who are not able to attend an educational institution (due to health reasons, etc.), in-depth study of the topic, preparation for participation in olympiads, competitions, etc. .

Technology of personality-oriented education. Allows the student to show selectivity to the subject material, its type and form; for these purposes, individual training programs are developed.

Modular learning technology.

Modular training is training in which the educational material is divided into information blocks-modules. The technology is built on the independent activity of students who master modules in accordance with the set learning goal.

Tyumen State University is no exception; the university has also created a unique route that each student lays out in the educational space of the university, consistently expanding and complicating their curriculum, choosing new disciplines, teachers and teaching formats. There are modules: CORE (Basic module, required to be studied by first-year students). MAJOR (Builds professional competencies). ELECTIVES (Elective disciplines).

Thus, we can conclude that modular training helps students to specialize more deeply in their field of study and build their own individual path.

Let's move on and look at teaching methods.

Active and interactive teaching methods.

It is worth naming and listing the system of active teaching methods - these are didactic and business games that are based on simulating some activity (brainstorming, round table, discussion, etc.), a collective method of learning and in pairs.

The use of modern information and computer technologies makes it possible to quite effectively solve many educational and educational problems, huge opportunities for the development of innovative projects in education and training open up, teaching becomes exciting and creative for this, and there are interactive methods. These methods contribute to the active cognitive activity of students, as students independently find solutions to problems based on analysis, the development of critical thinking, and flexibility of behavior in non-standard situations. The teacher acts as a consultant and curator.

Visual methods. Visual methods involve the use of visual aids (tables, drawings, etc.) to help increase the mental activity of students. 2

Verbal methods.

These are reading lectures, stories, working with a book, discussions and

seminars. In my opinion, the forms of conducting a lesson should not be just a lecture or drilling for tests, but more effective in the learning process - dialogues, seminars, discussions. Unfortunately, today the student has the right to speak only in written work. In addition, this is almost always an essay that needs to be written according to a template, therefore, students do not have the opportunity to be creative.

Research method. It involves organizing the creative activity of students to solve problems that are new to them. You can offer students not just an essay or presentation that children download from the Internet, but rather create their own product. You should also diversify the assignments: offer small research projects in groups, where the children themselves will work with sources, find and analyze information, and also present it competently. Such research activities will teach interaction, the ability to think independently, and draw logical conclusions. At the end of the work done, offer to defend your speeches in front of peers in order to develop communication skills.

The task of a teacher in education is to help students become independent, creative and self-confident people who are ready to set goals and achieve them, and skillfully respond to various life situations. To do this, teachers should use new technologies and working methods in their teaching activities. If students are involved in research projects and creative activities, they will be able to understand and learn new things, express their own thoughts, make decisions and help each other.

Teaching is a collaboration, a joint activity between teacher and student. In my opinion, this cooperation involves: organizing joint activities, as well as partnerships between teachers and students; ensuring equal subject-subject interaction, not only between the teacher and students, but also between students in the process of searching for new knowledge.

Thus, today education does not stand still; important changes are taking place, reforms that have their own merits. However, despite the existing difficulties in education, the reform process is underway and I would like to hope that all transformations and innovations without exception will benefit both students, parents, and, of course, teachers.
