  • If I were a school principal

Like all average schools, our school is not very different from most. Our teachers, of course, are good, kind and sympathetic, and the director is not bad either. But one big minus is that they are all adults and have already forgotten what it’s like to be a child, to dream about the impossible and fantasize, fantasize, fantasize...

If I were the director of our school, I would, first of all, allow all students to dream and fantasize. I would give permission to open many hobby groups - literary, modeling and design, artistic, theatrical, necessarily scientific and many others. And in the hall I would place a huge notice board, probably the size of the entire wall. On this board you could post your fantasy writings, sketches of new inventions, wishes and desires, and much more.

Secondly, since all children love sausages, especially in dough, this delicacy would be distributed free of charge in the canteen. And delicious sponge cakes, also free. There should be treats every day!

Particular attention should be paid to rewarding positive grades - ice cream and cotton candy are given for fives and fours, a terribly sour apple for threes, and a mustard-flavored candy for two.

And what about change, what good is it? Changes should be at least twenty minutes long so that you can have time, for example, to play a game of chess or ping-pong.

Well, how does a child know what he wants to be? More trips, more excursions, more communication. After all, only by trying do we understand this world.

Of course, all of the above is certainly a child’s fantasy. But in every fiction there is some truth. Teachers, and first of all, the director, must remember what it is like to be children. Children are interested in everything - it’s interesting to visit new places, try something new, hear kind and affectionate words, and especially words of praise and approval, because every day we spend more time at school than at home. School is a second family and the atmosphere should be friendly and almost homely, loving.

Option 2

You can often hear that children do not want to go to school, which is not surprising. They go to school through force; they do not expect anything bright except communication with friends. We often hear the phrase: “If they gave me less homework, I would want to go to school,” “if teachers treated children like their own children,” and much more. It is impossible to cancel school, because this is the first educational institution in the life of every child. There they are taught to read, listen, understand, count and are simply educated.

Modern schools do not have a special education system; they are of the same type. I know how to make every child want to wake up and go to school every day. If I were a school director, I would change the following in them...

For starters, I would change education. Nowadays, children are very heavily loaded with knowledge that is often not absorbed. In order for the educational process to bring maximum benefit, playful minutes should be held that will cheer up schoolchildren and motivate them to study. Another option is rewarding for good grades. Every good point is a bonus for something.

Another huge disadvantage of modern schools is closed doors during lessons. It is necessary to explain to children that studying is their future life, they should receive knowledge every day, because their success is only in their hands. An open door to the street during breaks will greatly brighten up their everyday life. Nature and fresh air are known to have a positive effect on people.

The area near the school should also be suitable for children. After school, children run to the playgrounds to have fun with friends and take a break from studying. If I were a director, I would plant Christmas trees near the school, which would give the feeling of being in a coniferous forest. The playground would be big. Treadmills, outdoor exercise equipment, slides, swings and other children's carousels.

The director is the person who is responsible for each child. He must protect and take care of them. School is a place where a child learns the basics of life, he begins to understand the picture of the world and learns to make decisions independently. This educational institution must provide children with maximum security and a guarantee that after graduating from school they will become successful and educated individuals.

How to write an essay on the topic “If I were a school principal”?

  • If I were the director of a school, the first thing I would do is walk around the entire school up and down, go into all the classrooms: maybe where repairs are needed. After all, the cleanliness, comfort of the school, comfortable conditions for learning - this is quot;facequot; director! It’s a pleasure to go to such a school and study! I, as a director, would periodically visit lessons of different classes, determining the level of knowledge, student attendance and the ability of teachers to share their knowledge. If any shortcomings are identified, I would hold meetings of teachers to jointly resolve issues. In order for students to love going to school, I would organize inter-school competitions with a nice prize, various holidays, an intra-school competition to determine the best students with subsequent exemption from any exam, etc. My task would be to make the student as interested as possible in studying at school, so that he would be interested and comfortable. Teachers also quot;wouldn’t offendquot;. I would conduct surveys of students on which teachers, in their opinion, deserve an additional bonus, and why. If the school is a state school, then it would transfer this data to the State Educational Institution and seek financial incentives for these teachers, since they should also have some kind of incentive for self-development and improvement of their teaching activities. If I were the principal, my school would be the best! The main thing is to really want it and actively strive for it!
  • The school director must be a very honest and responsible person who must love children. After all, the school is primarily made for children and it should be easy and comfortable for children to study there. That is, we need to select teachers with a creative approach to the learning process, we need to interest children. We must make sure that the child does not think longingly about the end of the holidays, but is eager to return to school. I see a solution to this problem in creating something like a student club, in which everyone will find something to their liking, with mandatory access to the Internet and many computers, so that there is enough for everyone. Of course, you will have to block entertainment and gaming sites, with a few exceptions, because studying should still come first at school, but even without this, you can find a lot of interesting things on the Internet, which professional teachers will have to help you get acquainted with. These could be mandatory online excursions, lectures, reviews, a film club and a discussion club. You can organize classes based on your interests. Don’t forget about sports, and sports equipment should be up to standard; the school must have a swimming pool, and not a banal stadium with holey nets on the gates. Of course, all this will depend on funding, but you can still come up with something.
  • An interesting topic for an essay and probably the teacher will be very curious to read what students write about if they became school principals. And any student in real life talks about what he would do at school, what reforms he would carry out if If he were in charge of it, this is something worth talking about in the essay, how you see the image of the school. What innovations can be introduced, because now there is a huge opportunity to use new technologies in the school. You need to write about what kind of Olympiads and competitions would be held at the school. What repairs can be made to make the school very beautiful. You need to write about what kind of clubs there will be in the school, what age the teachers would be. And be sure to write about what the functional responsibilities of the director are.

Essay 3

This is an amazing profession - a school director. I would even say that this is one of the best jobs on earth. The director clearly towers over all the teachers and inspires both fear and respect. But it’s worth getting to know him better: he’s so good and loves us children so much!

Take even our director, Mikhail Fedorovich. He congratulates all students on the beginning and end of the school year, and even gives gifts and certificates to the best ones. And I thought, what would happen if I were a director?

If I were the director, the first thing I would do is change the cafeteria. After all, they serve tasteless porridge for breakfast, and thin soup and empty pasta for lunch. And I would say that in the dining room, both for breakfast and lunch, only ice cream and all kinds of candies and cookies are served! That would be great.

If I were a director, I would add days off. Because it is impossible to study six days a week. Five is all right, but four is better.

I would add more holidays and make more changes! So that the children have plenty of time to play, run around and talk. Otherwise, 10 minutes of recess is too little to get everything done.

If I were a director, I would start classes not at 8 in the morning, but at 10. After all, it is so difficult for children to get up at 7 in the morning and, almost falling asleep, get ready for school. And this way they can sleep at least until 9 am.

I would cancel all homework! They only take up children's free time and prevent them from playing outside. Why do we need homework at all? After all, all the material can be explained at school.

If I became a director, I would come up with many interesting competitions. For example, I would organize a competition in cooking and eating hot dogs! It would be so fun and interesting!

And now, standing on the next line and watching the director read a parting speech to the graduates, I realized one simple thing: “It’s good that I’m not a director. After all, then the school would not be a school, but would turn into a house of chaos.”

5th, 6th grade in Russian language

School evokes a different range of emotions in students. Some people go to school with joy, while others, on the contrary, literally force themselves to go there. I often think about the reason for this behavior of schoolchildren, since I myself am a high school student.

In my opinion, it's all about the school principal. If I were a director, then first of all I would pay attention to the teachers who work at the school. A lot depends on them, namely half of the students’ success. A highly qualified specialist will be able to competently structure a lesson and find an approach to each student. Also, a teacher at my school would be required to take advanced training courses every year. This would have a positive impact on his activities and would also increase his income, which would motivate the teacher to work hard.

Since the norms determined and regulated by higher authorities leave practically no free time for teachers, in this regard, I would introduce a new position - teacher assistant. The assistant would deal with technical issues in the teacher’s activities, which would greatly facilitate his work. For such a profession as a teacher, free time is simply necessary so that he can study various information related to his work.

In addition to teachers, the school must have highly qualified psychologists on staff who can help the child in any situation. To resolve conflict situations between a teacher or students, such a specialist is extremely necessary. Since a healthy psycho-emotional state is an integral part of success in a student’s educational activities.

The external appearance of the school would be designed in calm, pastel colors, since this color scheme has a beneficial effect on the human brain. Each classroom would be equipped with special equipment that would help the teacher in his work. The chairs and desks on which students study would meet all the requirements of doctors. The school would also have a recreation room furnished with soft sofas and ottomans.

Students at my school would definitely wear a uniform.

When communicating with friends from other schools, I often hear that the director practically does not take part in the lives of students due to his busy schedule. Yes, I understand that being a director is a big responsibility and sometimes there is not enough time, but if I were a director, then I would definitely set aside one day a week to communicate with students. Also, my school would have a book of reviews and suggestions, where every parent and student would share their opinion regarding the work of the school.

Great teachers like Sukhomlinsky, Amonashvili, Montessori spoke about the value of the child and determined the most important dogmas that my school would adhere to. In my school, a child would also be the highest value. After all, in addition to the student’s family, the school also makes its contribution to his life. My goal as a principal, in addition to providing educational activities, is to make the school a safe haven for students to feel valued and loved. Because the kind of world we will live in depends on how we raise our children.

Essay “If I were a school principal”

If I were a school principal.

If I were a school director, I would try to make sure that every student goes to school with interest and desire.

I invite you on a tour to the school of my dreams. Here is the school yard. So, a new sports ground with various slides and swings is simply needed here. This is for younger students.

And for older children there is a court, a football field, basketball and volleyball courts.

I really want there to be a car park on the school grounds, so that you can take bicycles, cars, scooters and ride with the whole class after school in a safe area.

We need to add benches in the park near the school - this is for parents so that they don’t rush us to leave school early. We also need to add lighting - this is also for parents - let them not worry about our safety.

So, let's walk through the school corridors together. Here in the hall we will place large aquariums with decorative fish.

I would like each student to have his own locker to leave all the essentials there: textbooks, sports uniforms, supplies for fine arts and technology lessons. Lockers will be located in the corridors, next to the offices.

Advice

We will put sofas in the corridors. We also need to make a separate class for our chess players with full-length chess pieces - it’s so beautiful and let them spend their time usefully!

Library and museum need more space for shelving and display cases. And for virtual excursions you simply need a good cinema hall!

There is a swimming pool, a gym, a dance hall... You need at least two gyms. We don't fit into the schedule...

We go into the classrooms. I would like all classrooms to be as comfortable as at home. We will grow flowers and organize a rich winter garden! The offices should be very large and bright.

We’ll put upholstered furniture here, and soft modules here on the carpet in the play area. In my opinion, the equipment is in complete order. But you know, I would like there to be 12 computers in each class. Let them stand along the wall so that we can sit on the simulators at least in subgroups, and not wait for our turn in the computer class.

And doing projects with the kids in the class is much more fun together.

And the Internet is only high-speed! This is so that if it’s a frosty day or I get sick, I could study with the guys so I don’t fall behind! And how many Olympiads need to be done in all subjects! Yes, every class must be computer-based!!!
