To write an essay for grade 5 “The place of heroic deeds in our time” correctly, you need to follow a few fairly simple tips. Writing involves reasoning. These are thoughts that the student transfers into a notebook about a specific topic. But reasoning will be of little value if you do not attach evidence. From this we conclude that in this type of essay there are 2 main components:
- personal thoughts of the author;
- evidence base.
At the beginning of the essay “The Place of Feat in Our Time,” it is necessary to put forward a certain thesis, which will be proven as the work progresses. The student gets the opportunity to build evidence based on personal experience or use magazine publications, various films, literature, or examples from the lives of friends. Before you start writing an essay, you need to clearly formulate your thoughts. And after that, look for suitable arguments and draw up a plan for future work. The essay outline will consist of 3 parts:
- Introduction. This is a small part of the text that introduces the reader to the essence of the problem being studied. In our case, this is a statement that there is always a place for achievement in life. To write an introduction, you can use only two or three short sentences - this is enough for the reader to understand the essence of the work. Afterwards, it is advisable to indicate a thesis, which will subsequently be proven and argued. For example, that absolutely anyone can accomplish a feat, regardless of their status or profession.
- The main part is evidence, arguments, justification and examples that there really is a place for achievement in life. That is, the substantiation of the thesis. This is the largest part of the work; in it, the student must express all his thoughts correctly. It is this part of the work that the teacher pays most attention to when checking. The main part can be of any length, the only limitation is the amount of text given in the lesson. If the teacher has not set conditions, you should not restrain yourself - the longer the essay, the clearer the author’s idea.
- The conclusion is another small part (like an introduction) that can fit in a few sentences. The final part must be connected with the previous fragment of text (the main part). The student is required to logically complete his thoughts so that the work does not end too abruptly. If the thought is completed awkwardly or unclearly, the teacher may lower the grade, even if the rest of the essay was an “A”.
To collect enough arguments for an essay that there is a place for heroic deeds in life, you can turn to:
- historical facts;
- statistical data;
- literary works that confirm the idea being proven (Ratny, Dubinin, Gorky);
- aphorisms and sayings;
- the opinion of experts who have studied this issue.
It is advisable to write the most convincing argument as the latest and most detailed one. This is done in order to focus attention on it.
There is always room for heroism in life
A feat in war is understandable: you take the heights, cover the embrasure with your chest and are a hero, even if often posthumously. However, our turbulent peacetime needs heroes no less. Events are in full swing - and everything is over the head. Therefore, as Mikhail Zhvanetsky noted, “there is always a place for heroism in life, but you just need to be away from this place.” After all, if in wartime you can at least receive an order for heroism, then in peacetime there is not always a place for the hero himself. It seems to me that man was created to do good deeds and all kinds of brave deeds. Everyone can leave, albeit insignificant, a mark on history. The most striking example is people who perform feats every day.
For example, these are doctors who have chosen to save human life as their goal. They make difficult decisions every day, but do not stop fulfilling their duty. I have always considered doctors to be real heroes who go to work and perform heroic deeds every day. For them, this is not just a favorite profession, they preserve the health of every person who comes into their office due to their compassion and kindness.
But you don't have to become a doctor to achieve great feats. For example, if a person sees a frozen dog on the road on the way to work, he may well pick it up, warm it up, and take it home or to the veterinary clinic. Thus, a person accomplishes a small, but still significant feat. He saves the life of an innocent creature.
Feats can also be accomplished simply by relaxing in nature. If someone is drowning in the sea on the beach, there is always a brave person who will come to the rescue. To sum it up, I want to say that there are still heroic deeds in life, and I sincerely believe that everyone can become a hero. To do this, you just need to be a good person and treat others with understanding. Only in this case will everyone be ready to lend a helping hand to someone in need at any difficult moment.
Second option
In my understanding, a feat is an act that is done without self-interest, but for the benefit of another person. In most cases, such actions are committed in emergency situations, and a person who acted like a hero becomes one. In any society such people are always needed.
The modern world is not very merciful, people cease to be responsive and kind. Society has become coarse and stale. But despite this, there are always brave people who are ready to perform heroic deeds without expecting praise.
This is a real feat. And anyone can accomplish it if they just remain human. Various events can happen in life when someone cannot help themselves. It’s good when there are people nearby who think not only about themselves, but also about others.
After such situations, many people recognize such heroes; reports are made and written in newspapers about their good and heroic deed. To accomplish a feat, it is not necessary to go to war or choose a profession related to saving people’s lives. Sometimes it's enough just to help remove a kitten stuck in a tree. This is a small, but still significant feat.
I believe that mutual assistance in the world should not be allowed to disappear. To do this, you just need to stop and look around, perhaps some person needs help right now.

To accomplish a feat, it is not necessary to become a rescuer or throw yourself into a fire to pull people out of a fire. A person does not even have to have great physical capabilities. You only need to have high moral qualities and remain kind.
Brave actions have always been associated with Russian people, their self-sacrifice, kindness, and courage. And today in our country there are people who can perform feats and heroic deeds in absolutely any situation. It is impossible to plan a feat or predict a situation when another person will need help. Usually they are done completely by accident, sometimes even thoughtlessly.
There are many situations when it is necessary to lend a helping hand to those in need. It is important not to miss such a moment. It is at this moment that a person becomes a real hero, even if he simply adds 50 rubles to his grandmother for her purchase. This small amount will help her, she will maintain her faith in goodness.
In order for people to continue to perform great deeds, parents must teach their children to do good from childhood. I consider this to be correct upbringing, since the younger generation always needs a good example. In this case, there will always be a place for heroism in the world.
Courageous actions of children

Roman climbed through the window and, breaking down the doors, carried the woman out into the street.
