Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin was born on June 6, 1799 in Moscow. Father, Sergei Lvovich, belonged to a poor but ancient noble family. Mother, Nadezhda Osipovna, was the granddaughter of Ibrahim Hannibal, the famous “Arap of Peter the Great.” Pushkin had an older sister, Olga, and a younger brother, Lev.

Pushkin's uncle, Vasily Lvovich, was a famous poet of his time and knew several languages. He had a great influence on little Alexander.

Literary and musical evenings were often held in the Pushkin house, in which little Alexander took part with delight. He was raised by French tutors, he learned to read early and already in childhood began to write poetry, albeit in French; he spent the summer months with his grandmother near Moscow.

Communication with the nanny, Arina Rodionovna, gave young Pushkin many impressions. She was not taught to read and write. Her hands were accustomed to the spindle, not the pen. She was a “poor old lady” with a rich soul, the poet’s first muse. Pushkin felt a special affection for his nanny. She knew a great variety of Russian folk songs, fairy tales and was a wonderful storyteller. It is possible that one of them prompted him to create the famous “Tale of Tsar Saltan...”. a

12-year-old Alexander was sent by his father to the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum, where he studied for 6 years. At the Lyceum, Pushkin developed as a poet. His poem “Memories in Tsarskoe Selo” was highly praised. During his lyceum years, Alexander participated in the Arzamas literary circle. There he found friends who remained faithful and close to him forever.

At the age of 31, Pushkin married Natalya Nikolaevna Goncharova. Joy and happiness were reflected in the poet’s work. In the fall of the same year, Pushkin went on business to Boldino, where he was detained for three months by cholera quarantines. This first “Boldino autumn” became the highest point of his work; many wonderful works were written, for example, “The Tale of the Priest and his Worker Balda”! There was also a second “Boldino autumn” in the life of Alexander Sergeevich, 3 years later, when on the way back from the Volga and Urals, Pushkin again stopped at the estate. The author gave the reader a large number of great works during this period, for example, “The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish” and “Autumn”! After another 3 years, the poet begins to publish the Sovremennik magazine.

Pushkin had not only friends, but also enemies. They begin to distribute anonymous letters, insulting the honor of the poet's wife and himself. As a result, there was an open clash between Pushkin and his wife’s admirer, the French emigrant Dantes, and on the morning of February 8, a duel took place on the outskirts of St. Petersburg, on the Black River. Pushkin was wounded in the stomach and died two days later.

The death of the poet became a national tragedy. However, the contribution of Pushkin’s genius to Russian literature is truly priceless. The creative testament of the great poet remained his poem “I erected a monument to myself not made by hands...”. These are the lines that are engraved on the pedestal of one of the monuments to Pushkin in St. Petersburg.

Some people dream of becoming an astronaut, some a singer, some a veterinarian, some an artist or an engineer. And Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin always wanted to be a poet and write poetry that touched the soul and heart. His dreams came true! He became a great Russian poet, whose poems are known by heart not only in Russia, but throughout the world. Most recently, on June 6, its 220th anniversary was celebrated on a grand scale. Just imagine, this year Alexander Sergeevich could already be 220 years old, if, of course, people could live that long.

We suggest telling children about the great poet. Pushkin's biography for children will not be boring, especially if you focus on his brilliant fairy tales and watch together the videos we offer in the article.

Friend of my harsh days, my decrepit dove! Alone in the wilderness of pine forests For a long, long time you have been waiting for me. You are under the window of your little room, You are grieving, as if on a clock, And the knitting needles hesitate every minute In your wrinkled hands. You look through the forgotten gates onto the black distant path: Melancholy, premonitions, worries are constantly pressing on your chest. It seems to you.

Lyceum years

At the age of 11, Sasha was sent to the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum near St. Petersburg. It trained the best young people to serve the state. Here, along with our talent, many other famous people studied: poet and Decembrist Wilhelm Kuchelbecker, composer Nikolai Korsakov, Chancellor of the Russian Empire Alexander Gorchakov, musician and singer Mikhail Yakovlev and many others.

Studying at the Lyceum and communicating with talented peers and professors helped Pushkin’s talent to manifest itself to an even greater extent. Here, at the Lyceum, Sasha read his poem “Memories in Tsarskoe Selo” before the one whom the youth worshiped at that time, before the greatest poet Gavrila Romanovich Derzhavin.

Having successfully passed all the exams, the poet graduated from the lyceum, was assigned to the College of Foreign Affairs and remained in St. Petersburg.

Pleasure

In boring captivity, the barely developed color of life fades, Youth stealthily flies away, And its trace is a trace of sadness. From the emotionless moments of birth to the tender years of youth, I still do not know pleasure, And there is no happiness in the languid heart.

From the threshold of life into the distance I looked impatiently: “There, there,” I dreamed, “pleasure!” But I was flying after the ghost. Developing golden wings, Young Love appeared with magical tender beauty and flew before me.

I'll follow. but the distant goal, But the sweet goal was not achieved. When, filled with joy, will a quick moment of happiness come? When will the dim lamp of young days light up in radiance, And my dark path will be illuminated by the Smile of my companion?

After graduating from the Lyceum, Pushkin firmly decided to become a poet. He did not want to serve either as an official or as a military man. New works are constantly coming out from the pen of Alexander Sergeevich. The romantically inclined poet sang the ideals of goodness and justice. The tsarist censorship did not like this. Pushkin's poems were often banned from publication.

In 1820, the brave poet was sentenced to exile to the south of the Russian Empire. At first he was assigned to serve in Chisinau, and in 1823 he was transferred to Odessa. Pushkin hated his job as a minor official. He neglected his duties and continued to write poems. During this period, the great poet created many works dedicated to freedom and liberty. Pushkin caused displeasure among his superiors. The Governor General demanded his transfer.

In 1826, the new Emperor Nicholas I forgave the poet and released him from exile.

Brief Biography of Pushkin (The Most Important Thing)

Biography of Pushkin: the most important things are briefly summarized in this essay by a junior school student. The schoolboy tried to describe the biography of the poet he liked. You can see how well he did it below.

I enjoy reading Pushkin's fairy tales. I liked the work of this author so much that I wanted to know about what he was like and how he lived. It is precisely the facts from the biography of Alexander Sergeevich that I want to share with you.

This wonderful poet was born in 1799. He spent his childhood in Moscow. Alexander Sergeevich's father was a retired major. Pushkin grew up in an educated family. Musicians, poets and artists often came to visit their parents. The pride of the Pushkins was their huge library. All this shaped the mind and soul of the future poet.

The boy studied at the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum, which was located near St. Petersburg. There he was called “French”, because it was in this language that Pushkin composed his first poems. It was published for the first time in 1814.

After completing his studies, the graduate goes to St. Petersburg to work at the College of Foreign Affairs with the rank of secretary. In his free time, he goes to theaters, attends balls, and meets with poets and writers. Alexander Sergeevich’s first major work is the poem “Ruslan and Lyudmila”.

Tsar Alexander I sent him into southern exile for the poems that Pushkin wrote. There Alexander Sergeevich writes poems. Working on the novel “Eugene Onegin”. After the death of Alexander I, Tsar Nicholas I allows Pushkin to live where he wants. But he personally checks the works written by the poet. At this time, Alexander Sergeevich lives either in Moscow or in St. Petersburg.

In 1829, Pushkin chooses Natalya Goncharova, who is almost two times younger, as his wife. Before his marriage, the poet lives on the Boldino estate. There he works on works of various genres. This time is known as Boldino autumn. In 1831 they got married. After the wedding, Alexander Sergeevich and his wife live in St. Petersburg.

The poet died in 1837. 2 days before his death, he had a duel with Dantes over Natalya Goncharova. Dantes mortally wounded Pushkin in the stomach.

This is the difficult, but at the same time interesting and creative fate of Alexander Sergeevich. Many years have passed since his death, but children and adults still read his fascinating works. Unfortunately, now there are almost no such masters of their craft.
